              Sales Executive

              Position Summary:
              Conference sales executive is responsible for selling our high level events, conferences or forums to decision makers through telephone. Consequently, a qualified sales executive should firstly know how to locate potential clients through massive and precise research, then negotiate with potential clients in English or other foreign language fluently and thereby match their needs with our products and services rapidly and accurately. Conference sales executive should not only persuade the decision makers to accept our event with alacrity but also dig and digest all of the relevant information from decision makers and thereby improve the project constantly.

              Responsibilities:
              •   familiarize yourself with the event you will be sold
              •   Do massive company researches and ensure you can convey the  event information effectively.
              •   Contact individuals based on specified research lists through the telephone or email
              •   Provide an efficient message about prospects
              •   Register event delegates and sponsors
              Requirements:
              Bachelor degree required
              Hard working
              Telesales or telemarketing capacity
              Excellent verbal and written English skills

              Associate Conference Producer

              Position Summary:
              We are seeking a highly motivated producer to develop top-level strategic business conferences. You will be responsible for programming and designing 3-4 highly profitable, large-scale conferences each year. Your primary responsibilities are:

              Conducting in-depth, massive research and analysis of key industries;
              Digesting primary and secondary sources of research information;
              Examining and identifying industry trends and issues;
              Developing your own senior advisory network on each event ;
              Identifying and inviting industry leaders to be the speakers;
              Working with our marketing teams to ensure the profitability of projects.
              Onsite execution of your events

              you will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and take the responsibility for the program from its inception to execution. Consequently, you are required to be well-organized and communicative, together with excellent interpersonal, research, and writing skills.

              In addition you have:

              Bachelor degree or above;
              Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
              Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone;
              Self-motivated and ’Can Do’ attitude;
              Strong organization, management and coordination skills;

              Conference Marketing Executive

              Position Summary:
              you would be responsible for liaising with the Conference Project Manager and Conference Producer to establish the aims of the conferences, working through the marketing brief ensuring that conferences are marketed appropriately, attract delegates and subscribers and achieve the maximum return on investment possible.

              Key responsibilities will include:

              •   Creating individual marketing plans for events, managing budgets ensuring targets are met and ROI maintained,
              •   Briefing Delegate team and working with them closely to ensure that schedules are adhered to, proofing and writing marketing copy, ordering the printing of all marketing materials negotiating prices with suppliers where necessary,
              •   Overseeing the creation and maintenance of individual websites for conferences,
              •   Analyzing and reporting on all marketing efforts to influence future events and new marketing strategies.
              Requirements:
              •   First class communication skills and enjoy using initiative with a positive and motivated outlook.
              •   Highly organized, efficient with the ability to manage your own workload and great attention to detail.
              •   Have a strong analytical and return on investment focus, with proven ability to analyze and respond to results.

              Conference Coordinator

              Position Summary:
              In charge of the overall conference operation, especially the hotel operation, the responsibilities include:

              •   Plan logistical and administrative arrangements, both on services and equipment
              •   Coordinate audio-visual equipment, meeting room, dining room, assist with light meeting preparation work (moving tables, chairs, boxes, etc)
              •   Inspect meeting halls and ensure both environmental and site services.
              •   Process catering orders, housing requests and billing statements,
              •   Coordinate with project manager and producer.

              Requirements:

              Administrative Assistant
              Position Summary:
              • Take the responsible of routine works for the company ,
              • Assist and coordinate with HR department and sales department.
              Requirement:
              • Fluent Mandarin and oral English, CET-6 certified or above,
              • Good computer skills, especially MS Office,
              • Patient and careful, good team work spirit.
              Design

              Requirements:
