Bismark Tyobeka

Bismark has worked as a Nuclear Engineer and Unit Head: Gas-Cooled Reactors at the International Atomic Energy Agency (Austria, Vienna). During his tenure at the IAEA Dr Tyobeka was also involved in the IAEA team that advises Member States in the development of new nuclear power programmes. He was involved with countries in Africa, South East Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has also been a visiting Scholar at the Nuclear Research and Consultancy Group (Netherlands) and the International Research Associate (Idaho National Laboratory, USA).
He holds three Master's degrees and a PhD in Nuclear Engineering both from the Pennsylvania State University, USA and from North West University in South Africa.

Waleed Hussain Abulfaraj

Dr. Waleed Hussain Abulfaraj has served as the Vice President of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K●A●CARE) since its establishment in April of 2010. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, and a B.Sc. in Physics from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Abulfaraj held numerous high-ranking university positions and also supervised and participated in the establishment of numerous laboratories at King Abdulaziz University.
Dr. Abulfaraj was awarded the King Abdulaziz Medal of The First Order on 26/8/1425H, and has been awarded numerous additional medals and certificates from various universities and governmental and non-governmental institutions in Saudi Arabia and abroad.

Lord Michael Fallon

Michael Fallon was appointed Minister for Business and Enterprise in September 2012, in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. In March 2013 he was also appointed as Minister for Energy at the Department for Energy and Climate Change.
Michael has been MP for Sevenoaks, Kent, since 1997. Previously, he was MP for Darlington from 1983 to 1992. He was a minister in the Department for Education and Science in 1990. More recently he has held positions on the Treasury Select Committee and as deputy chairman of the Conservative Party.
Born in Scotland and married with two children, Michael was educated at Epsom College and St Andrews University.
Michael is a former director of Quality Care Homes plc (nursing homes), Just Learning LTD (nurseries),Attendo AB (Scandinavian social and health care) and Tullett Prebon plc (inter-dealing broking).

Mr. Zbigniew Kubacki is the Director of Nuclear Energy Department, Ministry of Economy, Poland.
In 2005-2011 he served as Minister Counselor/Head of the Economic and Commercial? Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington, supervising inter alia US – Polish cooperation in energy sector. He organized several Energy Round- Tables between Polish? and US energy companies and research institutions.
In July 2011 he was promoted to the position of the Director of the Nuclear Energy Department at the Ministry of Economy. His main responsibility is the development of Polish Nuclear Power Program.
In September 2012 he was appointed the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
He is an author of several articles and publications on nuclear energy and international economic cooperation.

Allison M. Macfarlane

The Honorable Allison M. Macfarlane was sworn in as chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission July 9, 2012. She was nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate to a term expiring June 30, 2013.
From 2010 to 2012 she served on the Blue Ribbon Commission on America's Nuclear Future, created by the Obama Administration to make recommendations about a national strategy for dealing with the nation's high-level nuclear waste.
Dr. Macfarlane is the third woman to serve as chairman, the 33rd member and the only individual with a background in geology to serve on the Commission.

Prof. Jazi Eko Isthiyanto

Jazi Eko Istiyanto received a B.Sc in Physics (1986) from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He then pursued higher? degrees in the the University of Essex, UK and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Programming and Microprocessor Applications(1987), an M.Sc in Computer Science(1988), and a Ph.D in Electronic Systems Engineering (1995), all from the University of Essex.
He is currently the Chairman of Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency of Indonesia (BAPETEN). Previously, he was the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Electronics from 2011 to 2014, the Head of the Physics Department from 2007 to 2011 and the Program Director of a B.Sc scheme in Electronics and Instrumentations at the Physics Department from 2003 to 2007. He was also a faculty member of the M.Sc/Ph.D program in Computer Science, the M.Sc/Ph.D program in Physics, the M.Sc/Ph.D Program in Electrical Engineering, and the MBA program Gadjah Mada University. His research interest covers information security, electronic systems optimization, and embedded systems. Prof. Dr. Istiyanto is a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) - IEEE Robotics & Automation Society and IEEE Computer Society, the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology), the Indonesian Physical Society, and the Indonesian Engineera€?s Association.
At present, he is honoured as Professor of Electronics and Instrumentation. He serves as one of the Deputies (computational physics) at the Indonesia Physical Society (HFI), and also one of the Deputies (Ph.D Programs) at the Indonesian Association of Computer Science Universities (APTIKOM). He is also a? Visiting Professor at the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, University of Essex, UK.

degree in business administration at Carnegie Mellon University
in Pittsburgh, US, in 1999. Mr. Batubara graduated from
Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1982, majoring in
electrical engineering.

Nicolas Cambefort

Nicolas Cambefort holds a Master degree in Engineering from
the french Ecole Nationale d'Arts et Metiers, one of the
prestigious french colleges. With 21 years of involvement in Oil
& Gas projects, Nicolas has been progressing through the
different steps of project management. After a first experience
with an engineering company, he joined TOTAL, the French Oil &
Gas operator, to progress his career in the project management.
From onshore development in Venezuela to offshore
development in Nigeria, he has been facing the different
challenges of projects in an international environment.
Herman Agustiawan is a member of National Energy Council,
The Republic of Indonesia from 2009, and the head of Energy
Security Study Program, Indonesian Defense University. In the
past, he was the associate professor in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering Department, University Technology PETRONAS,
Malaysia. In 1994, he obtained Philosophy of Doctor (PhD)
degree in Electrical Engineering; Southern Methodist University,
Dallas – TX, USA.

Gde Pradnyana is currently the Vice President for External
Affairs. Formerly he was the Vice President Management
Representative of BPMIGAS for CNOOC South East Sumatra and
subsequently held position as the Executive Advisor of BPMIGAS,
which is the government body responsible in managing the
operation of more than 200 Oil and Gas Production Sharing
Contractors operating in Indonesia. Previously Dr. Gde
Pradnyana served as VP Facility Construction and Operation
BPMIGAS since 2002, where he was appointed to manage the
project execution of many small and major oil & gas project in
Indonesia. Dr. Gde Pradnyana was involved in many small and
big oil and gas project in Indonesia, among others West Seno
TLP, Tangguh LNG Plant, Kerisi and North Belut Project, etc. He
has published many international papers and was invited as
speaker in many international events.

Cho Cho Wynn

Ms. Cho Cho Wynn joined the Planning department under the
Ministry of Planning and Finance in 1984 and transferred to the
Foreign Investment Commission Office in end of 1988 when the
FIC was established. After Myanmar acceded to ASEAN, she was
assigned to the ASEAN Secretariat as a Senior Officer for Trade
Liberalization. She provided her services at the ASEAN
Secretariat from 1997 to 2001. After her assignment at the
ASEAN Secretariat, she returned to Myanmar and joined the
National AFTA Unit under the Directorate of Investment and
Company Administration at the Ministry of National Planning
and Economic Development. She served as the Director of the
National AFTA Unit from 2010 to 2012 April, and a Director of
the ASEAN Unit of the Foreign Economic Relations Department
from 2012 April to 2012 November, when she began serving as
the Deputy Director General of the Directorate of Investment
and Company Administration.

the sea.and unconventional oil gas such as coalbed methon and shale
gas.In addition,made investigation on international shale gas. Qiao
carried on the first investigation on shale gas potentiality in China,including
entire distribution of shale gas of nationwide,shale gas in marine stratum in
south China,continental stratum in north ,north east and north west
China.
喬德武博士長期從事油氣資源分布規律研究,近十余年組織開展了國家油氣
專項:全國油氣資源戰略選區調查評價,涵蓋了華北、松遼盆地的新層系,
塔里木、柴達木等盆地的新領域,南方海相地層及海域的油氣資源,煤層氣
和頁巖氣等非常規油氣資源,國外頁巖氣資源勘查開發等。組織開展了首次
全國頁巖氣資源潛力調查評價研究,包括:全國頁巖氣資源的總體分布特征,

He has led the National 863 Project and the drug development and medical device programs of Technology Support Project, having rich experience in project management and knowing a lot about China's latest technological and industrial development.
